Site Manager - Sports Complex Based in Pantin (CDI)

Background

Created in 1998, Sport dans la Ville has become the main association for social integration through sport in France. Sport dans la Ville is a successful example of social entrepreneurship: all of the programs set up by Sport dans la Ville today promote the social and professional integration of 10,000 young people registered with the association. The Association is supported by companies and public partners (Ministries, Regions, Cities).

 

Mission

• With a ten-year presence in the Paris region, Sport dans la Ville will inaugurate its "Campus Régional d'Insertion par le Sport" in Pantin in 2024. The site will feature sports pitches (soccer, basketball, dance, etc.) and reception and training areas. Its vocation will be to meet the social mission of Sport dans la Ville with young people, as well as being a place open to companies, individuals and local structures.
  The future Campus Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running and financial equilibrium of the site.
• As a result, the site manager's day-to-day tasks are varied:
• - Manage infrastructures, equipment and service providers
  - Ensuring that the public (young people, partners, associations, clubs, private individuals, etc.) are properly welcomed.
• - Responsible for site maintenance, safety and development
• - Marketing (BtoC-oriented), financial and administrative management of the site
• - Recruit and manage the Campus team that will support him in his missions
• His or her ambition will be to make the Campus a regional site, accessible to all and financially balanced.

Desired profile

Higher education diploma (minimum 3 years of higher education)
Proven experience in managing, marketing and operating sports complexes. Experience in events management would be a plus
Strong operational versatility, autonomy and rigor
Excellent commercial skills
Strong awareness of educational and youth integration issues
