Support for the development of the L dans la Ville program (Equality F/G) - Civic Service - Based in Pantin, France

Background

 

Created in 1998, Sport dans la Ville has become the main association for social integration through sport in France. Sport dans la Ville is a successful example of social entrepreneurship: all of the programs set up by Sport dans la Ville today promote the social and professional integration of 10,000 young people registered with the association. The Association is supported by companies and public partners (Ministries, Regions, Cities).

 

• " L dans la Ville is a program that cuts across all Sport dans la Ville programs. It aims to give young girls the same opportunities for success, by supporting them in their personal development and professional integration.

 

Mission

• Reporting to the L dans la Ville Manager in the " Job dans la Ville " department (dedicated to career guidance and integration), your responsibilities will include:
• - Participate in the implementation of the various " L dans la Ville " actions (on the subjects of self-confidence and professional integration) in accordance with the defined schedule.
• - Help communicate the " L dans la Ville " program to girls and teams, and participate in the creation of communication materials.
• - Facilitate the mobilization of girls registered with the association on the various actions organized (in particular via WhatsApp groups).
• - Support the organization of meetings with women from atypical and inspiring backgrounds ("Parcours de femmes").
• - Lead the "Trust and Leadership" community with the Manager L dans la Ville
• - Participate in weekly follow-up meetings with the Manager L dans la Ville
• - Be present at Job dans la Ville highlights: integration days, back-to-school events, end-of-year events, ceremonies, LDLV seminars...
• As part of your duties, you will work from Monday to Friday (with the possibility of working some Saturdays and occasional evenings).
