Start-up manager for the " Entrepreneurs dans la Ville " program - Permanent contract - Based in Grenoble

Background

Created in 1998, Sport dans la Ville has become the main association for social integration through sport in France. Sport dans la Ville is a successful example of social entrepreneurship: all of the programs set up by Sport dans la Ville today promote the social and professional integration of 10,000 young people registered with the association. The Association is supported by companies and public partners (Ministries, Regions, Cities).

 

Mission

 

• Reporting to the National Director, your role will be to co-pilot the Entrepreneurs dans la Ville program.You will be responsible for implementing and leading the 18-month Incubation phase that follows the Starter phase:
  • - Individual support for incubatees with the aim of accelerating the development of their business
  • - Creation and management of a pool of external service providers and consultants to help incubatees with any issues they may encounter: legal, accounting, digital, communications, fundraising, etc.
  • - Organization of incubation schedule: training, consulting spot, network meetings, etc.
  • - Working closely with the program co-leader Entrepreneurs dans la Ville to makeEntrepreneurs dans la Ville a recognized incubator in the local entrepreneurial landscape.

   

  Other :

  • - You will be able to represent and promote the program to private and public partners in Sport dans la Ville and Entrepreneurs dans la Ville
  • - You contribute through your commercial action to the development of new financial resources for the program
  • - You will contribute to the financial, communication and reporting aspects of the program management

   

  You take part in the life of the Association and its highlights (galas, But en Or tournament, inaugurations, etc.).

• Temperament and personality: 
• - Posture: listening and empathy, accessibility; charisma and ability to assert oneself as the point of reference for entrepreneurs.
• - Intellectual curiosity and strategic thinking: ability to proactively keep abreast of market trends, innovations, new players, etc.
• - Organisational skills and constant pro-activity in a logic of continuous improvement of the quality and structure of the program
• - Team player to join our dreamteam
• - Good humour and enthusiasm are highly appreciated

 

Required experience : 

• - General expertise in entrepreneurship: 3 to 5 years of coaching entrepreneurs
• - Experience in organizing support models (workshops / networking events, etc.)
• - Entrepreneurial experience a plus
