Background

Created in 1998, Sport dans la Ville has become the main association for social integration through sport in France. Sport dans la Ville is a successful example of social entrepreneurship: all of the programs set up by Sport dans la Ville today promote the social and professional integration of 10,000 young people registered with the association. The Association is supported by companies and public partners (Ministries, Regions, Cities).

 

 

Mission

SUPPORT AT YOUTH AT PARCOURS EMPLOYMENT AT ILE-DE-FRANCE :

• Be the referent for support of young people at course employment Ile-de-France
• - Individual support for graduating classes (12 to 15 young people per class)
• - Sourcing young people to build up a promotion and ensuring that each seminar is fully booked (3 seminars per year).
• - Ensure that young people are effectively involved in seminars
• - Systematic post-seminar follow-up with each young person in the class (assessment and impact study)
• - Offer each young person the opportunity to be mentored and follow up on their progress
• Be the referent pedagogical for course employment in Ile-de-France
• - Draw up the teaching schedule for the various seminars with the support of the other insertion training coordinators
• - Manage the organization, implementation and animation of the pedagogical framework
• - Ensure compliance with employment pathway specifications
• - Produce a quantitative and qualitative report on each seminar
• Develop the links to employment
• - Identify companies that can host seminars, with the support of the Job cluster's corporate referents.
• - Promote young people's applications to partner companies
• - Organize events (afterwork, job dating) to create opportunities for young people and companies to meet.

Desired profile

• • - You have experience in project management and in helping young people find employment.
  • - You are able to run training sessions for a young audience.
  • - Your interpersonal skills are one of your main assets in mobilizing the various stakeholders in this project (young people, employment partners, companies, etc.).
  • - Your rigor and organization will enable you to carry out your missions successfully.
